Returning Products Purchased Online
We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund in-store on your purchase
up to 30 days after your receive your order.
If you would like to return an item please ship it to your regional warehouse.
Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly
refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an
error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.
Promotional items (T-shirts, Shaker Cups, etc.) must be returned, if received
with the original purchase. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are
not returned.
Purchasing by Minors
For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors.
If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online
store, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.
Misprints
Occasionally misprints occur on printed material, email promotions and on our
web pages. In the event that an error does occur, we may not be able to honor
the mistake.
Backorders
In the event that one of your items is out of stock, we do not delay the rest of
your order. Your order is shipped immediately. Backordered items are shipped as
soon as they arrive, free of charge. If your order consists of only one item, we
will notify you if your item is out of stock. We never substitute an alternate
flavour, brand, or product.
Sales Tax
Orders delivered to New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland are subject to
15% HST
Orders delivered to all other Provinces are subject to 6% GST
Coupon Codes
Coupon Codes allow our customers to take advantage of our exclusive promotions
and freebies. When placing an order online enter your coupon code at the second
last page of the checkout process. For phone orders mention your coupon code to
one of our friendly sales reps.
